WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
I am writing this on behalf of my brother because he is absolutely livid to write a review. He recently did a test which came back “unclear” (which he accepted because he had undertaken it himself) he then had to do another test the day before his travels with the express service and was told he would receive the results either in the evening or the next morning. His flight was scheduled for early afternoon.
He tried to call DocTap numerous times to no avail. I myself called on 2 occasions and both occasions the phone was answered by a young lady who hanged up TWICE when asking for the status of the results. My brother also called and told me the same person who hanged up on me did the same to him when questioned.
The purpose for customer service is to answer any questions especially during such a stressful time and not to HANG UP when asked certain questions.
This is absolutely appalling and have never been treated this way by customer service.
My brother has since missed his flight as the results did not come back when it was supposed to.
When you do reply to this review can you tell me why the person at customer service hanged up many times! If she is inexperienced to deal with queries such as this then she needs to be replaced. This is unacceptable on all levels!!
usless communication. was notified that prescription had been sent to the pharmacy so left my sick bed to collect. on arrival at the pharmacy i was told the prescription was not received. ok stuff happens. However it took two hours to contact DocTap despite numerous emails and numerous calls to their phone number which simply rang until it rang out ! when they finally did answer the customer support seemed clueless and said they had to call the pharmacy to check they had the medicine !
Appalling customer service at the touch point some human service actually needed.
Good idea abysmal execution.
I wont be using them again,

COVID pre-flight test results arrived within 2 hours of the swab. Absolutely brilliant service!
Seamless experience after being let down by another provider. Great communication and updates on the progess of sample going to the lab. In clinic test at 10.30am, results by 18. 45pm that night. Great, what a breath of fresh air after stress and headache with other providers. Check reviews before you use others!
Quick turnaround. Had my results by 8pm on a 10am same day test. Pricey but worth it and simple process.
It was quick and efficient. The pharmacy was easy to get to so I could get tested very quickly. I appreciated being informed of the progress of my testing every step of the way through email.
Man who doing test for me was so nice. All was qiuck and easy. I recomended DocTap
I booked an appointment and I arrived 45 minutes early wasn’t a problem. The lady was really nice. And I got my results in under 2 hours. Highly recommended.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!! My partner and I had a PCR covid test 3 days before our flight. I got my results back on time but they lost his. They only let us know a day before the flight which meant that we did not have enough time to book with a different provider. Their response was shockingly casual - as in "here is your refund" - completely oblivious to the fact that we occurred significantly more expenses and considerable stress. Appalling!
Amazing service. selected next day 11pm test and received before 3pm.

We had horrible experience with our previous PCR testers. DocTap provided us with a PCR test in their Chelsea pharmacy branch. Test came 10am the next day! (We paid for express service).
Person taking our test was a lovely and friendly guy.
Customer service, Ellen, was absolutely lovely and really helpful. Went the extra mile to provide us with memorable service.
